Case 1
In 2015, FLABEG Automotive Mirrors (Shanghai) Co., Ltd asked for a special-shape glass cutting machine for the production of rear-view mirros. An automatic loading function was required and after 90 workdays, the machine has been put into operation to great success.

Prior to adopting our machine, workers need to cut glass into squares and send it through a grinding process. After using our machine, workers need to put raw long stripped glass onto the automatic loading table. Loading and special shaped cutting can be carried out automatically. As a result, production efficiency is 3 times higher and the qualified rate of the product is increased by 5%.

Before using new machine: long-stripped glass - handmade squared glass - tracing milling, the production efficiency is 120 seconds / piece

After using new machine: long-stripped glass - automatic special-shaped cutting - tracing milling, the production efficiency is 40 seconds / piece

Case 2
In 2014, Shanghai Huidie Automotive Components (Shanghai) Co., Ltd asked for a rearview mirror cutting production line. After 80 workdays, the production line was put into operation successfully.

Before using our equipment, workers need to cut raw glass manually and transport it to the special shape cutting section. After using our equipment, workers only need to put large glass on the transmission belt and the machine will automatically cut the pane.

Before using new equipment: large glass - handmade cutting raw glass into 2 pieces - two special-shaped cutting machines for special shape cutting, 5 workers are needed, output per one shift is 4000 pieces, and the production efficiency is 800 pieces /8 hours / per worker.

After using new equipment: large glass – automatic cutting raw glass into 2 pieces - automatic special shape cutting, only 1 worker needed, output per one shift is 6000 pieces, and the production efficiency is 6000 pieces /8 hours / per worker.
