Operating instructions
1. The operator must input the parameters, including the pressure, wheel speed and glass speed into the computer.
2. The glass will be sucked in using a vacuum sucker, and the diamond grinding wheel will slowly approach the glass edge, and begin the grinding process.

The grinding edge and the chamfering angle width can both be freely adjusted. The CNC series can also input graphics into the computer, in order to achieve an accurate glass grinding outline.

Features
Glass processed using the glass edging machine will feature a smooth edge, and no chips or abrasions, an excellent conformance to the chamfering width, and a fast processing speed. Robots or automatic devices for loading/unloading of glass can be added to the production line in order to achieve a fully automatic production line that increases the production capacity.
